Tech It Out! Tuesday

I Love watches.  They are one of the only guy accessories out there that us men can wear and wear well.  Gold plate it, show the gears, surround the face in diamonds, or even place circles within circles, telling us everything from the time in China to the heart rate of the woman your casually exchanging glances with, watches really can do it all.  However, this concept from Jihun Yeom is one of the coolest new designs around.  It screams “Future Tech!” and has reignited my belief that the future will be awesome and full of jet-packs and robot-friends.  It’s called the Aurora Watch Concept and it’s face appears to be blank.  However, when you tap the side, two different colored lasers appear, revealing the minute and hour hand.  Pretty sweet idea if I do say so myself.  Think of the possibilities!  00′ agent who is in need of a quick getaway? Laser watch the shit out of your captives.  Forgot you pointer at home and need to present at the big shareholders meeting?  Laser that power point like your rolling from the year 2525!  I want this watch.  Please, Jihun Yeom, make this.  I’ll gladly be in line to make the first purchase.
